i found the location convenient, especially with its proximity to public transport, it made getting around very easy. the receptionists were helpful and spoke english fluently, that was definitely a plus for me! i appreciated the cleanliness and neat organization of the rooms, it. the refreshing fruity water in reception was a lovely touch, particularly after a long day.
The soundproofing wasn't perfect. I could hear some noise from the corridor.

My room featured a comfortable bed with crisp linens. effective air conditioning. a handy fridge contained a mini bar selection. I stored my own drinks there. the bathroom had modern fixtures and provided ample towels.

breakfast offered fresh baked baguettes, various cheeses, and delicious croissants. there was a variety of options. the service was efficient. i appreciated the fresh products, it was delicious.

The location was convenient. It was near both the railway station and the lake. The receptionist was friendly. She was very helpful.
Some staff were not very nice. They lacked basic hospitality. The receptionist seemed annoyed when I asked why they needed my card. the housekeeping staff seemed rushed when I asked them to come back later.

A Charmed Find!

This hotel has a great location. It is a short walk to the train station and nearby attractions. The room was very clean and quite quiet. The bed was super comfortable, and I had many pillows. I found the receptionists very helpful with directions and recommendations (they spoke excellent English!).
I found that the entrance stairs were quite steep, and I had some difficulty managing my heavy luggage. There is a ramp, however it is also very steep.

The reception staff were quite helpful and knowledgeable, especially regarding local transport. They responded quickly to my inquiries and offered clear directions. They always had a smile and seemed eager to assist.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location was quite good for exploring the city. It was easy to use the trams (thank goodness).
The room had almost no soundproofing. I could clearly hear people in adjacent rooms. there was an very nice amount of noise from garbage trucks outside from very early in the morning (who needs an alarm?).

i found the location very convenient. it was close to public transport. i easily found the train station. the receptionists gave helpful information. i speak only english, and they spoke it well. the room was clean. i also used the gym. i turned on the aircon while i was there. lush fruity water was available in reception.

An Okay Stay

The location is great, I could get to the train and bus with a short walk. The hotel gave me a city travel pass, this got me to the airport too. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly, I felt very happy. The room was a great standard, a comfortable high bed existed and was lovely and clean. toiletries were provided.
Almost no soundproofing was present, I could hear people in the other rooms, that was bad. I also heard an very nice amount of noise from garbage trucks outside from very early in the morning, ugh! The shower was also tiny, I didn't like this. The breakfast was not worth the money at all with very little options, I felt very sad about this.
